Silicone Sourdough Proofing Kit, 9" Round & 10" Oval — Blue

A complete sourdough set built around two collapsible food-grade silicone proofing baskets — a 9-inch round for boules and a 10-inch oval for bâtards. Unlike cane bannetons, silicone will not crack, splinter or hold mould, and it goes straight into the dishwasher.

• Two baskets: 9" round and 10" oval, both collapsible with a built-in hanging hook.
• Food-grade silicone: non-stick, free from harmful dyes, heat resistant to 450°F (230°C).
• Tools included: silicone pastry brush, dough scraper, bread lame with 5 replacement blades and a blade cover, and a Danish dough whisk.
• Ribbed base: leaves the classic spiral pattern on the crust.

Care: dishwasher safe. Dust lightly with rice flour before each proof and let the basket dry fully between bakes.

Safety: the lame and its spare blades are sharp. Keep the blade cover on when not in use and store out of reach of children.

Colour: Blue.
