Refund Policy

If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Paper bag packs that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return
Email info@lytexgroup.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please include photos. We review every request and reply within 1-2 business days.

Where Returns Are Sent
Do not ship an item back before your return is approved. Once your return request is approved, we email you the return instructions and the correct return address for your item. Returns sent without approval cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Costs
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Missing Items
Please report a damaged, defective, or missing item within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Keep the packaging until the issue is closed.

Exchanges
We process exchanges as a return plus a new order. Email us and we will guide you through it.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they enter fulfillment. Email us as soon as possible and we will cancel the order if it has not yet shipped.

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items marked final sale, and opened or unsealed paper packaging, are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
